Brenda-Case

Brenda first became interested in Osteopathy whilst competing and coaching cross country running and continue to have an interest in sports injuries,

She qualified with a Diploma in Osteopathy from the College of Osteopathy in 1994 and set up the Icknield Clinic. In 2000 she embarked on a long-term dream and started at the OCC as a volunteer. In 2001 I joined the multi-disciplinary Redgrave Clinic which enabled me to work closely with very serious athletes and experienced sports therapists. The Clinic continues today as the Pentagon Clinic.

In 2003 Brenda completed the postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children and continued as a volunteer for a year before becoming a clinical tutor in 2004. In 2006 she completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice which enabled her to develop her approach to education and learning in order to improve her teaching skills. This coincided with the introduction of the Msc in Paediatric Osteopathy. Brenda is now a clinical tutor at the OCC and is also involved in lecturing and examining. Throughout this time she have continued her studies with the Sutherland Cranial College and has recently become a faculty member here.

“At the Osteopathic Centre for Children I have had the good fortune of working with very experienced Consultants on different days and with many dedicated Osteopaths from around the world”.
