Organising an event should be a fun way for supporters to contribute to the Foundation. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to raise money (and have a good time) so please do contact us if you want support - or even if you don't - and tell us about your event. We're quite happy to share ideas and provide you with publicity materials.

A few ideas for your own event could be: joining one of our running teams (check the calendar to see what's coming up); organising a themed dinner party for your friends and family (e.g. 'Thai Tie') and charging £10 to guests; or collecting sponsorship to give up a bad habit. Organising an event can do much more than raise money - it can potentially raise awareness of our work, which means that we will help even more families each year!

Congratulations to Mary McNally in Manchester who raised more than £100 by running in the Glasgow Women's 10k.
Thanks, Mary!
