You can make a complaint by writing to our complaints coordinator, Daniel Elser (Head of Fundraising and Marketing, at the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy, 15a Woodbridge Street, London EC1R 0ND).

We will retain a copy of your complaint and respond within ten working days. If you are unsatisfied with the response, you may copy your complaint to the Fundraising Standards Board at www.frsb.org.uk.
